📅 Arrival Windows

We offer service arrival windows between:

8:00–9:30 AM
2:30–4:00 PM

Exact arrival time is confirmed by email and text message the day before and again on the day of service.

Clients must provide:

• Clear access to the BBQ area

• A working electrical outlet

• Safe working space around the unit

Failure to provide access may result in a service fee.

⚠️ Safety & Liability

By booking a service, the client confirms familiarity with safe BBQ operation (gas, propane, charcoal, wood, or electric).

Due to age, rust, or corrosion, some components may be fragile and could break during servicing.

YYC BBQ Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions.

Clients must inspect their BBQ for gas leaks and proper operation after service.

🧱 Surfaces & Materials

Pre-existing conditions such as rust, heavy carbon buildup, discoloration, enamel wear, cracked tiles, or manufacturer defects may not be fully removable.

Protective materials are used, but minor cosmetic changes may occur.

We are not responsible for changes to stainless steel, enamel, stickers, tiles, grout, or surrounding surfaces.

🌧 Weather & Additional Costs

Severe weather may require rescheduling.

Clients are responsible for:

• Parking fees

• Replacement parts (if required)

💳 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion.

Accepted methods:

• Cash

• Debit

• Credit Card

• E-transfer

Invoices unpaid after 7 days incur a $25 CAD late fee.

❌ Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations within 72 business hours: $100 CAD fee

• No-shows: $100 CAD fee

• No deposit required

• All sales are final
